At PixelPioneers, we design and deliver high-quality tools for creators. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — fairly, clearly, and quickly.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most physical items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is not marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
    • Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (where applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is:

  • Received at our warehouse
  • Inspected for eligibility
  • Cleared by our returns team

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product arrived damaged or defective

🛡️ Warranty & Product Issues (90 Days)

We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all physical products. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical failure (tripod locks, LED units, etc.)
  • Missing or faulty components

To file a warranty claim, email our support with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video

We will offer:

  • A replacement part
  • A full replacement product
  • Or store credit, depending on availability

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or visibly damaged items (outside of warranty claims)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Digital downloads or services
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

🌐 International Orders

Returns are accepted from most countries. However:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (unless faulty item)
  • Duties and customs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be made in the original transaction currency
