📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most physical items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
- Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Product is not marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom

🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (where applicable).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product is:
- Received at our warehouse
- Inspected for eligibility
- Cleared by our returns team
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Wrong item received
- Product arrived damaged or defective
🛡️ Warranty & Product Issues (90 Days)
We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all physical products. This covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical failure (tripod locks, LED units, etc.)
- Missing or faulty components
To file a warranty claim, email our support with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video
We will offer:
- A replacement part
- A full replacement product
- Or store credit, depending on availability
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or visibly damaged items (outside of warranty claims)
- Items returned without original packaging
- Digital downloads or services
- Gift cards or promotional credits
🌐 International Orders
Returns are accepted from most countries. However:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (unless faulty item)
- Duties and customs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be made in the original transaction currency
